NoteMachine is the largest independent deployer of ATMs in Europe, with over 6,000 ATMs primarily in convenience stores and leisure locations. In 2006 NoteMachine acquired Scott Tod Developments, based in Crickhowell, which has supplied cash and card machines to the UK leisure industry since 1978.

 NoteMachine has found the Crickhowell base to be a real asset to its business, and has centralised operations here – and plans to expand the current 71-strong workforce to 100 people.
